We Said are a young band from Switzerland who play a great style of hardcore and punk that's urgent, compelling, and bare bones, which is definitely a good thing in my book. The band's influenced are varied, but I get bits and pieces of bands such as Give, Oil, Wolves, and Comadre. This combination in sounds keeps the band from veering too far in either the punk or the hardcore direction on the musical spectrum. Humanimals is the the band's debut EP. Promising first release for these guys. Check it out and give We Said some love. Enjoy!
